Last Tuesday (28 January), the whole community of HFSE International School celebrated Chinese New Year. It was filled with fun as our secondary students prepared different activities for the primary students to enjoy! Students also participated in making colorful posters to commemorate the Year of the Snake, showcasing their artistic talents. A dedicated photo booth, created and manned by our Parent Volunteers, was available to capture the joyful moments with fun props and backdrops. And to cap it all off, our special guests: the dragon dancers and the famous character Labubu, enchanted everyone with their vibrant and lively performance.
Everyone went home with CNY goodie bags while Secondary Students experienced the Lo Hei tossing tradition.
This event was a wonderful opportunity to embrace diversity and cultural awareness, honoring our Chinese community.
